Spicy horseradish cuts through the richness of strip loin steaks to create a balanced sandwich.
Ingredients
1 Pkg Ben’s® Rustic Hamburger Buns (6)
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 lbs (680 g to 795 g) strip loin steaks, about
3/4-inch thick (about 3)
6 slices Gruyere cheese
1/3 cup (75 mL) prepared creamy horseradish sauce Pickle slices
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill steaks for 4 to 5 minutes for medium rare steak or cook to preferred doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice steak.
Grill buns for 30 to 60 seconds, or until toasted. Assemble steak slices, cheese slices, horseradish sauce, and pickle slices in buns.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
