Reuben Dog with Russian Dressing
All the goodness and condiments of a Reuben sandwich in a delicious hot dog.
Ingredients
1 Ben’s® Original Hot Dog Buns (8)
8 smoked hot dogs or Smokies
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup (250 mL) sauerkraut
1/2 cup (125 mL) Russian dressing
Directions
Grill hot dogs according to package directions.
Assemble hot dogs in bun with 1 slice Swiss cheese, 2 tbsp (30 mL) sauerkraut, and 1 tbsp (15 mL) Russian dressing.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
