Add an Italian twist by topping this hot dog with a classic tomato bruschetta mix.
1 Package Ben’s® Original Hot Dog Buns (8)
8 all-beef hot dogs
1 cup (250 mL) bruschetta mix
2 cups (500 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
Grill hot dogs according to package directions.
Assemble hot dogs in buns. Top each evenly with bruschetta, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Return to grill over medium-low heat; cover and cook over for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
